Let it snow.

Yesterday, New Yorkers experienced some of the best weather since the start of 2008. You could feel the happiness radiating from people on the streets. I rode my bike, sans winter coat, with a big smile on my face. Spring has sprung!

So, it is easy to see why, at this time of year, someone would put on the street a framed painting containing an abominable snowman, an elf on a sled and the words “let it snow” in the composition.

Yet, one man’s trash is another man’s treasure—the painting now hangs on my roommate’s bedroom wall … just in time for spring.

I can't tell if this piece is awful or brilliant, but I love it. And so does my roommate.

P.S. Does the elf remind anyone else of Linerider?
